Thursday, 26 January 2012. I've hurt my shoulder :( will see how things go today, but not sure ill train tonite. Wednesday, 25 January 2012. Training without enough food. Training without enough food sucks. Felt tired and weak the whole of the cross fit session, couldn't keep my core tight on lifts, and had nothing to keep me going for the final wod. The wrap may have rated good, but it was no chicken., lesson learned. Back squat: 8 sets of 2 reps at 75% of your 1 rep max. 4 Rounds for time:. IT S A WRAP!

I was disappointed to DNF the Audax Alpine Classic for the second year in a row, but I’ve moved on and am contemplating my next challenge. Convoy Through Kabul 8. This is near downtown Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. Not exactly what I’d call a nice place to visit.
