I was grateful for the supportive folks and willing to let the trolls have their say; my skin is thick, and I know insecure people need to put others down to feel better about themselves. I tipped the scale at 182 today, 2.5 pounds short of my goal, and I'm in that weird place where my pants are a little too large. If I let them hang down, I look like an elderly white hip-hop artist; if I cinch my belt tight and tuck my stomach underneath, I look like a farmer out for his first big night on the town since the election of Bill Clinton. Thursday, February 10, 2011. Feel like I did pretty well on eating yesterday. Did I mention these sweet potatoes were really good? Portioned out my 14 baked tortilla chips, was wanting more, so ate some celery w/ the hummus. The broccoli is just regular Steamfresh Broccoli w/ lowfat cheese sauce from the freezer section. Monday, January 31, 2011. More crap food photography! Oh coffee, how I love thee. So much so I want to be able to forswear my devotion in every language. Breakfast: 2 pseudo eggs (eggbeaters) w/ 1 slice 2% american cheese and diced ham. 1 cup grits, 1Tbsp lite buttah, and 1/2 sandwich thin toasted w/ 1tsp butter. And then I cleaned house.
