January 21, 2015 at 6:03 am Posted in Uncategorized. First My first full-term pregnancy. The first time I have woken up on the day of my scheduled c-section and knowingly anticipated the momentous events to occur. Second. My second pregnancy. The second time I have endured what sometimes seems to be the longest, yet at other times the shortest, wait of my life. Third My soon-to-be-born third child. The third piece of my heart that will beat outside of my body. What will his voice sound like? Congratulati...

This is Five and a Half. March 30, 2014 at 10:23 pm Posted in Uncategorized. Looking at myself six months ago compared to myself today, I find that not much is different. February 19, 2013 at 9:11 pm Posted in Uncategorized. School’s out for the week…gotta love mid-winter break! For one week I get to play stay-at-home mommy to Mary and Lila. Yesterday we went to the eye-doctor for mommy’s yearly check-up. Verdict: I’m slightly more blind than I was last year. Then Kevin met us for lunch in Bellevue at The Cheesecake Factory. Not the healthiest choice, but since I’m off work all week I have more time available to burn the calories! Tomorrow we have big plans. The girls...

September 25, 2013 at 11:02 pm Posted in Uncategorized. Yesterday, Mary, Lila, and I had a coffee date. We sat at a table in Starbucks, basked in the warmth of the autumn sun that shone through the windows, sipped our milk/juice/tea (so, really not a coffee date I guess? And took selfies with my new iphone. Rather than sit in the chairs around our table, they both insisted on crowding up next to me on the bench seat and resting their heads on my shoulder and lap. It almost hurts to love so much. You are ...

The Renaghan Family: March 2015

Monday, April 20, 2015. Life with two kids is getting a bit easier! But more manageable as I'm learning to prep things such as dinner earlier in the day. I've learned Jack's sleepy times and cranky times, as they are pretty predictable these days. Discovered his hands and likes to suck on his knuckles or fists. Has a really strong neck; enjoys the front pack so he can watch Bryndy play at the playground and watch Mommy cook (as sometimes this is the only way I can cook without him fussing! March 10, 2015.

Sunday, October 25, 2009. What a busy weekend we had! On Friday night Sophia came over for a sleep over which is always fun. The girls got to stay up extra late and watch Cinderella and eat popcorn. And on Saturday night, Daddy and Sadie decided to have a camp out.indoors of course! They put the tent up in the living room, made smores over the stove top and actually sleep in the tent, on the hard wood floors, all night long! Cooper just LOVES his cousin Sophia!
