Friday, October 15, 2010. Last weekend we were invited on a fantastic getaway with my brother Christopher and his family to their retreat in Port Ludlow. We had a fantastic time and it was a bunch of firsts for the kids . Coop's first ferry ride, Sadie and Coop's first time to a beach that wasn't warm (burrrrrrr! Coop, Sadie, Sophia and Will on the ferry ride out of Seattle. It was a nice, but windy day! Sadie and Sophia.best friends! Sadie and Sophia at Fort Warden Beach. Cold, windy but so much fun!

Wednesday, January 13, 2010. Should I be discouraging this or just be happy he's napping? Saturday, January 9, 2010. Coop's Big Boy Bed! Wellwe finally decided to take the plunge and convert Coop's crib to the Toddler Bed. What the h#l* are we thinking you might ask? I'm thinking that exact thing myself actually! Sure enough . he's passed out. That's my boy! Now, let's just hope this good behavior continues. Knowing Coop, we may have a few challenging nights ahead of us. Get him in the bed.

Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Day 2 at Desert Aire was another smashing success. Stella and Clara arrived then night before so now we are up to 8 kids and waiting on just 2 more! Despite the windy weather, kids still got to swim, ride bikes, play tag and do all the other fun stuff vacation brings. Sadie rode a 2 wheel bike all by herself for the first time and Coop became a master at the razor (the scooter.not the shaving device :-) Hopefully I will get pictures of them on both today! Sunday, July 24, 2011. Early July we took a long weekend trip to Portland and the Oregon coast with the Debban family. We went to the zoo and Cannon Beach and had so much fun! Now we are gearing up for a motor home trip to northern California. Should be an adventure to say the least! The beginning of wanting to get out of his crib and into a big boy bed! Daddy is pretty proud of this picture. He says he's destined to be a golfer. I don't know about this.it's pretty cold! Ahhhbeach naps are the best!
