Had this past Saturday. This afternoon event, brought about 50 people, who enjoyed recieving free Reiki Treatments, free massage from myself and Vivianne and also facials, manicures, pedicures and Reflexology at a minimal fee. Wednesday, December 24, 2008. All I wanted for Christmas. Was a humungus Christmas tree for our house! Every Christmas time I put up our tree which was about half a metre high and it took me all of an hour to put it up and decorate! Monday, June 30, 2008. I invited two scrapbooking friends who are both South Africans! Amazing how in a foreign country you tend to gravitate to the people of your own nationality. I have come to realise that when you discuss things they know what you are talking about! Ya Ain't From Around Here, Are Ya? Thursday, April 7, 2011. Anson and Anders exploring a sandbar in the middle of the Congo River. An aquatic parasite indigenous to central Africa taking over Anson's brain. It was so funny to watch these big guys running up and down the beach while being swarmed by a pack of screaming children. They were excellent sports about the whole situation, and they certainly made it enjoyable for my boys! Today's entertainment is brought to us today by the Marines!

It is a day of celebrating your nationality and bringing you closer to people who come from the same background and country as you! It was wonderful to spend the morning with people from different nationalities and experience the unique cultures around the world. No surprise that one of the biggest groups of children came from South African and Australia. I was so grateful when they were done! Here is Logan wearing the mask.
