We went out on the "fun bus," which is what the kids call it, and had probably 40 onboard for Bible lesson, games, crafts and snacks. Got this recipe from the Telegraph – no pictures but wanted to record it as a favorite! 20g fresh root ginger, peeled and chopped into small chunks. 3 cloves of garlic, peeled. 2 tsp coriander seeds. 2 tsp cumin seeds. 3 tbsp olive oil. 1 fresh green chilli, stalk removed, then finely chopped (deseed if you prefer it less hot). Whole Wheat Fruit Pizza. Whole Wheat Cookie Crust. 2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp. baking powder. 1 cup softened butter (not margarine). 1/2 tsp. salt. Mix and spread out on a jelly roll pan (cooking sheet with slightly raised edges). Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes. 1 - 8 oz. block of cream cheese.
