最近核四公投引起社會議論，我想藉此機會分享一下民主思考該有的基本想像，用以落實實務上在校園民主事務案例的實踐可能性。 就實際校園現場來說，其實接下來要談的這些基本想像是不易碰觸到的，原因在於校園裡訴求（學生參與的）「民主」，爭的是從無到有的民主決策權，而非民主決策時的操作精神，具體地說，「校園民主化」現階段談的是最基本的政治參與權的合理分配，也就是學生對校園事務與自身事務必須要有權力決定，而非落在他人（如學校行政人員）手中。 然而即便如此，民主的基本想像仍舊重要，校園民主化的實踐，通常蘊含了加強民主教育的深耕，它要比學校課程所學到的有更多的東西，進而運用於校園之外的社會。雖然這樣一來有目的上的錯亂（到底校園民主是為了實現成熟且真實的民主權力，或者是實驗式地用以學習面對未來社會所需的技能，這樣的問題），但這不打緊，民主教育深耕沒有人做是不行的，它總是得要有。 然而，即便你是籃球隊的隊員，你有沒有可能投反對票呢？有，你可能著眼於「公共利益」，而採取了跟其他人一樣的立場。這裡要提醒兩件事ᦂ...一個比較「政治正確」的答案是後者，我們在道德上會排斥ӎ...又如，候選人有時候同時...
