My butcher, Cleveleys of Halesworth. One of my fish suppliers, Direct seafoods of Colchester. Best known for their mussels from the river Deben, Simpers of Suffolk. Supplier of vegetables, Foskers of Ipswich. Dry good supplier, Thomas Ridleys of Bury St.Edmunds. Supplier of award winning sausages, Procter’s of Ipswich.

Just another day in the kitchen……. A bit about me. Some of my suppliers. Summer is finally here…. July 10, 2016. We have been getting some great veggies from John’s allotment once again this year. The sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes are stocked up in the fridge and now accompany the whole bream. There will be loads more coming my way so finger crossed for the sun. We are now open all day everyday too so there is no excuses for not having time to pop in for a pint! The weeks seem to be flying by at the mo...

This pas week has seen me work on some tasty new treats. The snag is that they are for our beloved four legged friends.
