Our Approach to Care. Gaynor began her career working in Health and Social Care as a weekend-carer and worked her way up to deputy manager for a small group of local Care Homes. She then went on to work for Norfolk County Council’s Adult Education department as an assessor delivering NVQ and Diploma awards to level 3. She has the A1 Assessors Award and is a qualified trainer (PTLLS Level 4). She is currently undertaking her Level 5 in Management for Health and Social Care. Tim and Donna Armitage (Owners).

Our Approach to Care. What are visiting times? There are no fixed visiting times. Visitors are welcome to come at any time including mealtimes. What training do the staff undertake? Can I go out when I like? In order to protect those residents who might wander off and get lost it is almost impossible to leave the home by accident. You are of course welcome to go out at any time accompanied by a friend, relative or member of staff. How Independent can I be? What is the food like? What time are mealtimes?
