Our Approach to Care. Gaynor began her career working in Health and Social Care as a weekend-carer and worked her way up to deputy manager for a small group of local Care Homes. She then went on to work for Norfolk County Council’s Adult Education department as an assessor delivering NVQ and Diploma awards to level 3. She has the A1 Assessors Award and is a qualified trainer (PTLLS Level 4). She is currently undertaking her Level 5 in Management for Health and Social Care. Tim and Donna Armitage (Owners).

We had Donna's friend Karen and her daughter Imogen come to help, Lauren who is doing work experience and Joe who came to spend the day with us to see what we get up to.
