It was a fun time to spend with my dad and brothers, and get prairie oysters thrown at me. NOT that I like that part all too much! Down on the Farm. Whatcha cookin good lookin? Wednesday, 26 October 2011. But at this point I think it may be the only way for me not to become a complete hermit! And I want to share with everyone all the fun things farm life has to offer. We are putting 3 more bedrooms in the basement. So that will hopefully free up a bit of space upstairs. We are aiming to have it done by Christmas, hopefully sooner! We will see though, these things never go according to plan! That is the farm so far.

December 26, 2011. The months seem to be going by so fast! Here we go again. Jakey is 8 months old! Here are the basic facts: He weighs 20 pounds and is 28 inches long. He sleeps from 7:00pm-7:00am and gets up once for a bottle every night. He naps at 9am, 1pm, and sometimes 4:30pm. He eats solids at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. August 25, 2011. It's amazing how fast another month has flown by. Mr Jakey is 4 months old tomorrow. Daddy is taking him for his 4 months shots next week whileI am in Florida. Jakey has almost mastered the roll. He arches his back and almost gets over. He can roll from his tummy to his back mostly because his big head weighs him down. Jakey is a sweetheart and he brings such a sweet spirit into our house. He was definitely sent to me because Heavenly Father knew I would need him in my life right now.

We kept it low key and casual as we were still pretty tired from our trip. I kindof feel bad because for Wyatt's birthday's we usually throw big parties. January 28, 2013. I enjoy blogging but I am so far behind. Instead of trying to take the time and energy to catch up I'll do it quick instead! We enrolled Wyatt in "Sportball" classes at the Trico. It was a 12 week program and each week the instructor taught them a new sport. It was a parented program meaning that daddy got to go with him and play with him. I can definitely envision sports in his future. I would have to say his favorites were hockey and golf. I'm already planning his 30th in my mind!
