She has, quite literally, a collection of 253 rejection letters from all over the country for an assortment of jobs all received in the last two years (we started keeping a running total at 100). She is a smart, likable, multiple-degreed person, but cannot find a suitable job. Why? She took an unfocused and collaborative horizontal, to use the language of The Future of Learning.
