It's not rocket science, so keep it simple! Wednesday, August 03, 2005. Agile planning tools (Part 1). Thinking of which planning tool we would want to use for our project. Currently considering ExtremePlanner. Downloaded trial version of ExtremePlanner for quick evaluation. Easy to install and get running. Simple and easy to use browser based interface showing iterations, stories, tasks and outstanding/completed work in each. Multiple project support (useful for colleagues). Clear project summary view.

It's a bit underpowered IMO, but is simple to use while we're still in the pilot stage.
