I can move my neck up and down, side to side. My worst pain right now is my throat. It hurts to swallow, and eat. Feels like I have a lump inside on the right side. I had a bottle of water with crystal light in it earlier, after all what fun is plain old water? None I say. My dogs love anything they can eat. (see previous post). They also love water bottles. Maybe it is the sound they make, or perhaps they think they are children, and like a child often the package is more entertaining than the actual toy.
