Monday, May 22, 2006. If I had a hammer. It’s funny how things that seem so mundane can trigger the most vivid memories. Just today, I picked up a hammer a Stanley Nailmaster - that has been sitting in my office closet for about 10 years and had this amazing flood of thoughts that I did not even know were still in my head. Posted by Can I B Frank @ 3:12 PM. Read or Post a Comment. Use that hammer. Plus it's something that is really hard to break. We were all too young to lose our dads.that's for sure.

Wednesday, August 30, 2006. MS Bike Tour Update. Most of you know by now that I'm readying myself to ride the 2006 MS Jack and Back Bike Tour to raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Thanks to all who have donated so far. Please give if you can. To do so, just. Read in the Wall Street Journal about a cancer drug that is showing promising results in helping MS suffers. Check out the. Posted by crank at 11:59 AM. The Pedalist: October 2006

Monday, October 16, 2006. First Photos From The Jack. Just got back from the color lab with my first round of photos from the Jack and Back. After months of grueling training, I am in the shape of my life, but mildly concerned about the toll that the event may take on me physically. Here I am at the start, ready for the challenge of a grueling 150 mile ride. The photo below was taken just after I crossed the finish line. I don't know why I was worried. I barely look winded. The Pedalist: July 2006

Monday, July 31, 2006. I also looked at a cool ride in Western Kentucky called the Pickin' and Pedalin' Bike Tour. It's on August 12. But generally, you should not drive farther to get to a ride than you're going to ride when you get there. So, I'm currently looking for better training options. Let me know if you are aware of any. Friday, May 26, 2006. Next week, the complexion of the Nashville restaurant market will be forever changed. You see, Mothership is but one part of his grand plan for world domination. Chances are that my kids will grow up eating Mothership BBQ and they’ll remember it forever. It got me thinking about the places I used to go as a kid. The Sailmaker: The only salad bar I’ve ever seen that was made out of a pirate ship. Plus, unlimited anchovies. Oh, yeah, it’s a Walgreen’s now. Vizcaya: A very fancy Italia...

Thursday, May 11, 2006. I thought it was finally time to get into the Blogosphere. I've been a quiet observer for a long time and I think I'm finally ready to make the leap. Stay tuned. Posted by Can I B Frank @ 1:50 PM. Read or Post a Comment. Yeah, that's how the Knucklehead sucked me in too. Now our time waster can be yours. But at least you got your first comment. I'll even blogroll you. Canibfrank" sounds like "cannibus." Heh, heh. I notice the first thing you got going was Google Ad Sense.

The Pedalist: September 2006
http://thepedalist.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 09, 2006. Mirror, Mirror on the Drops. Now I know many riders who have great success with those little rearviews that hang off of their helmets on a thin rod. My luck, a California Condor would land on the rod while I was riding and peck at my head. And anyone with an cyclometer, light and heart monitor knows that handle bar real estate is scarce. So, what's a cyclist to do? Zefalit's not just for pumps anymore. Posted by crank at 10:58 AM. Monday, September 04, 2006.
