I’ve been wanting to share this recipe for quite a while now but I’ve learnt that baking eggs doesn’t work so well in our convection oven at home. These little ramekins are low-cal and packed full of flavour. Full recipe at the end. Preheat oven to 200C. Dice four medium tomatoes. Finely dice two cloves of garlic. 36 things to do before I am 36. Saturday, September 7, 2013. The Long overdue FFS. It's the weekend - Wo0p. Greg, Julie and myself held a trivia night last Saturday and raised over $5000 - Wo0p. I have now qualified for Ride to Conquer Cancer - Wo0p. My knee has been an arsehole so much pain - FFS. Now permanently wearing a knee brace - FFS. Knee brace is helping manage pain - Wo0p. I'm told I should start wearing compression pants 24/7 to keep everything in place, stupid hamstring and quadricep -FFS.

Doing it for the kids. The road to improving my life in order to be a positive role model for my children. Sunday, 17 November 2013. I CAN Run Geelong. Well the big day came, and now it’s gone and I think I can officially remove the L plates from my running singlet. 12km Run Geelong, done and dusted! My pre race preparation. Early to bed, set the alarm which promptly went off at 6.30am to the sound of P! Almost to finish line. The results acording to map my run. Post run ice cream. Finale - the aftermath.
