http://courtneyspondence.blogspot.com/2007/12/2005-happy-holidays.html
Saturday, December 8, 2007. I hope this 2005 edition of my Holiday Newsletter finds you healthy and in good spirits. I spent time in museums, at art exhibits and saw a lot of live bands. I also slept late, did the crossword every day and made a lot of progress on my reading list. I got to spend time with friends and I played ultimate almost daily, but more on disc later in this letter. We had a tough season with a number of major injuries but managed to come back hard despite those setbacks and come with...

http://courtneyspondence.blogspot.com/2007/12/out-with-2004-in-with-2005.html
Saturday, December 8, 2007. Out with 2004, In with 2005. I hope this holiday e-mail finds you happy and healthy. Once again, I am forgoing the paper Christmas card for an impersonal e-mail for all of you. I can only hope that I don’t end up in your spam folder. My biggest accomplishment of 2004 was getting my bike hung up. (Thanks, Paige and Marc.) I have been biking around Manhattan and Brooklyn on the weekends some. Otherwise my bike is here:. Those of you who want to keep up with Lindy can visit.

http://courtneyspondence.blogspot.com/2013/08/the-biggest-achievement-of-my-entire.html
Thursday, August 22, 2013. THE BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT OF MY ENTIRE LIFE: THE ONLY MEAT IN THE SAUCE. You know I get sick of cold showers and communication barriers and rice. I am so sick of rice. And I get a little cranky about doing my laundry in a bucket and all the dust in the dry season and all the rain in the rainy season. And then out of the blue, I get the biggest compliment of my life. Literally. Labels: Agahozo Shalom Youth Village. Oh my goodness, what a beautiful essay. August 23, 2013 at 10:57 AM.

Courtneyspondence: My Girl
http://courtneyspondence.blogspot.com/2009/08/my-girl.html
Tuesday, August 4, 2009. The morning sun when its in your face really shows your age, But that dont worry me none in my eyes you're everything.". She was a good dog and we all miss her. RIP, sweet girl. August 4, 2009 at 7:38 PM. The whole house misses Maggie May. Abby is lonely; she keeps looking out the front window. Puffy also seems to be looking for her. Barbara and I keep expecting to see or hear her, but then we remember. She was probably the most affectionate dog we have had. Oh yeah, I quit my job.

Thursday, November 21, 2013. Yesterday these 6 kids took the TOEFL test. I have been working with them all year tutoring English. These are the top English speakers in the village and it was a privilege to work with them. Needless to say, I love them all to pieces and I wish the best for them. They wanted to take the TOEFL to use the scores to apply for American universities that offer the MasterCard Scholars. Labels: Agahozo Shalom Youth Village. Location: Kigali, Rwanda. http://courtneyspondence.blogspot.com/2015/07/stay-just-as-far-from-me-as-me-from-you.html
Thursday, July 23, 2015. Stay just as far from me, as me from you. I found out that Josh was gone. Today For a while he was my partner in crime and there was no one I looked up to more. He took me to my first Les Savy Fav concert. And my first Interpol show. And we've closed a lot of bars together. He was funny, and smart, and I loved him. He left NY and I said I'd never forgive him. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Receive Posts via Email. Stay just as far from me, as me from you. Lindy* (not a rival).

Saturday, December 20, 2014. So, this is overdue, but as you've noticed I haven't been blogging much this year. In November, I went to Phoenix, AZ with Keri Dorko. To see two students from ASYV that received full MasterCard scholarships to Arizona State University. And to hike in Sedona. It was great to see Immaculee. And Jeaninne and they are fitting in well in school and seem fantastic. It was wonderful to see them. Sedona is beautiful and like I always do (see previous posts on Wilson's Prom.
