Filed under: P90X - My Success for the next 90 Days "bring it! 8212; Tags: branced chianed amino acids. 8212; fitnessinhome @ 3:44 pm. 1 egg omelet with 1/3 cup of shredded cheese tex mix style. 3 oz of lean cooked ham. 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1tsp of low sugar granola, 1/4 apple , 1/2 tsp natural peanut butter and 1/4 diced apple. 2 iss oh yeah wafer protein bars with 4 caps of bcaa’s (supplement). 1 tsp of Fish oil (supplement). One a day multi.

Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Days 44 to 46. Phase 2 of P90X. Day 44 I did Chest, Shoulders, Triceps and Ab ripper X. I found this a little harder than normal, I was still a little under the weather from yesterday. I did finish it and I was glad it was over, it felt like forever. Everything was burning after I was. Finished. Ab ripper X I found hard as well. But then again, it's normally hard. I still can't believe week 7 is almost over and Phase 2. I tried some new protein bars called Oh Yeah! Days 47 to 51.

More reps, heavier weights and getting through all the video's without stopping. There are some workouts I didn't really care for like Ab ripper X. It was all good when I was finished. Day 90 -4 mins. Day 1 - 20 with 10lbs. Day 90 - 35 with 10lbs. And here are my body measurements:. Day 1 - 127. Day 1 - 37. Right Thigh and Left Thigh. Day 1 -11.5. Day 90 -11.1/8. Day 90 - 11.1/8. Yoga also seems to be better, the length doesn't really brother me know. Every thing else went really great. I don't really have much to report.I finished week 7 of phase 2. Monday, March 16, 2009. Days 38 to 43. Phase 2 of P90X. On day 39 I did Back, Biceps and Ab ripper X. Here's proof that p90X is working. When I started I could hardly do one chin-up. Now I can do 5 on my own.Whoo-Hoo! Day 40 was Yoga. I did the crane for a whole 10 sec. LOL! Day 42 - more Chin-ups and the that crazy ab ripper X workout. Ab ripper X is pretty hard core. I now have that video memorized. LOL! I hate it but I love it. So far, Kenpo X was the best workout for the week, It went really well.
