Chocolate, healthy or unhealthy? | Food for Thought
https://foodforthought321.wordpress.com/2011/04/11/chocolate-healthy-or-unhealthy
What's in our food? Banning Fructose (aka refined sugar and HFCS) →. Chocolate, healthy or unhealthy? A box of chocolate. How much cholesterol is actually in chocolate and is this amount detrimental to health? What about the fat in chocolate? The most important question (for me at least) is whether dark chocolate is included in this category of bad-for-health chocolates? What about the studies that suggest dark chocolate is good for the heart? And the Cleveland Clinic website. Cleveland Clinic, a premier...

What's in our food? Food Coloring →. MSG vs. Aspartame: Different, Individualized Perceptions. Above: MSG use is more prevalent than many people believe or know. Many processed foods such as chips contain MSG. Could my reaction to MSG explain why so many others continue to consume aspartame? These are the questions that I will attempt to answer through this post entry. By FDA and a comprehensive review of aspartame research by Magnuson et al. Although my grandparents and I did not experience immediate si...

Aspartame vs. Lab Meat, both artificial but only one “edible” | Food for Thought
https://foodforthought321.wordpress.com/2011/01/31/hello-world
What's in our food? Organic Redefined →. Aspartame vs. Lab Meat, both artificial but only one “edible”. Depicting aspartame as a harmful substance and a picture of a petri dish. Representing the possible production of laboratory meat in the future. I’ve always been interested in all aspects of the food I eat. Questions such as what is this food made of? And is this food healthy? Although my campaign to end aspartame consumption within the circle of my friends might have failed, I am somewhat surprised to...

Food for Thought
Thursday, June 21, 2012. This recipe happened on accident while I was trying to get my picky 3 year old to eat blueberries. But it turned out really yummy and even healthy! And the best part is my kids eat it! It's so yummy on pancakes. You can add a little whipped cream on top but it's definitely super tasty on it's own. Pour it over ice cream, too. 1 cup frozen (or fresh) strawberries. 1 cup mixed berries (any berries-blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc). 3 tbsp lemon juice. 3 Tbsp lemon juice.

Good handful of mozzarella cheese. 7 Pop it in the o...
