Grammar Matters – Use vs Utilize. February 22, 2012 in Uncategorized. 8220;You keep using that word. I don’t think it means what you think it means.” Inigo Montoya in The Princess Bride. Your Loyalty Program Sucks – An Open Letter. October 8, 2011 in Uncategorized. For everyone who’s ever designed a grocery store loyalty program, please note; it’s loud in the store.
