Sunday, December 21, 2008. And even more snow! Jason and I got a little restless, as it has been snowing non-stop for most of the week. We have a little over 2 ft of snow in town and it made for some great sledding and biking on the streets! Just out there enjoying myself! I started out sea kayaking about 7 or 8 years ago, and stepped it up a bit about 5 years ago and well, needless to say, i dont have the sea kayak anymore and i can't stop chasing whitewater! Wednesday, July 30, 2008. A Few Random Shots. Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Upper Yellowjacket Cr- WA. The other week we hit up Yellow Jacket Creek in WA. We decided to explore the upper section a bit and see what was up there. We ended up running into a 45 footer that was runnable, but with fairly high consequence due to a fairly small landing zone caused by rock. These shots are all taken by Christie G, and Dave Hoffman, thanks guys! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Just out there enjoying myself! Red River, WI.

Dejalo ir. Dejalo fluir. Friday, May 14, 2010. 24 hours - Earthquake in Chile. Tree branches scratched at the roof. The house shook. Windows rattled. The lamp tipped over on a bedside table in my room. Glasses crashed to the floor in the kitchen and in the living room. The entire house began to bounce and rock and sway from side to side. Jared and I both broke from our heavy slumber and ran out of our rooms at the same time. We shouted at each other, “Dude, what the fuck is happening? That day there woul...

Dejalo ir. Dejalo fluir. Thursday, September 25, 2008. The McMoser Wedding.and Other Stories. Karl Moser is a good man, but, sorry ladies, he's out of the game. I'm pretty sure he and his wife Tara are chasing waves in Costa Rica right now. If anyone at the University of Oregon had asked me seven years ago if Karl might be the first of our group of river rat friends to be married, I probably would have said something like, "Karl likes girls? Anyway, it's a weird townon Idaho's eastern edge of dust. I...
