You know what we call those miles in the running community? We call those miles which you run ‘kilometres.’ Yeah, like, since the middle of June I’ve been doing 100km a week. June 20, 2016. Managed to keep cadence about 180 but it was hard. Really hard. Hardest run I’ve done for a while. Average heart rate was 120. It wasn’t hard that way but it was hard every other way.
