Råsaft av blåbær er svært godt, og her kjem ei oppskrift. 1 Ha bæra i ein stamp og mos dei (t.d. med ei brusflaske fylt med vatn). 2 Tilset vatn i stampen (8 dl vatn for kvart kilo bær). 3 Tilset sitronsyre, mindre enn 25 gram for kvart kilo bær. 4 Rør vatn og sitronsyre godt saman med blåbæra.
