Stuart's Blog: April 2015
http://mrstu.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
My blog, part of my personal domain. Saturday, April 18, 2015. So, I amused myself a little too much writing a bio for the Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay scenario that I have decided to run at this year's UK Games Expo. Then the King did venture forth and say, "There's an old saying in Quenelles - I know it's in Brionne, probably in Quenelles - that says, fool me once, shame on - shame on you. Fool me - you can't get fooled again.". Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Christmas In Scotland NEW! Life 60 Degrees North.

My blog, part of my personal domain. Saturday, June 27, 2015. Doctor Stu on Doctor Who. So, new Big Finish stuff is allowed to play with New Series stuff even more than just their UNIT Spinoffs. 8th Doctor and River Song - ok, they never did enough of the romantic stuff with Paul's doctor. Or given him amnesia any time recently. River Song Boxed Set - fine by me. 5th Doctor and Weeping Angels - ok. Dunno how that will work on audio. 7th Doctor and Sycorax - interesting pairing. "Phoenix on the Sword" was originally the Kull the Conqueror story, "By This Axe I Rule! Sacrificing Axe's plotline about slavery in favour of a demonic Lovecrafian baboon and all the better for it. The Ex President: August 2009
http://theexpresident.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 4, 2009. The following just occurred to me:. If (1) there is such a thing as eternal torment; it is (2) likely that it will be constructed in such a way as to ensure the maximum possible torment for each individual. 3) It is far more painful to endure suffering when one is certain that it (a) could have easily been avoided (e.g., by not sinning quite so much) and (b) was directly one's own fault. In fact be a false certainty. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Subscribe...

Thursday, December 4, 2008. Bad Idea for a Love Story. This is an idea for an epic romance that will actually make money. Is a mirage – and the dull toil of living is merely a perfect negative of our steady, downhill crawl towards an inevitable grave. Full of delicate hops and a smooth, satisfying taste that will never let you down. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Bad Idea for a Love Story. Marketing for Good (not evil). The Ex President: July 2009
http://theexpresident.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 24, 2009. I believe I can fly. I genuinely believe, with the full force of conviction, that I can float in the air and propel myself through the sky by waving my arms around. I also believe that (for me and me alone) the aether is a tangible thing. That I can actually reach out and grab onto the air as one would a door handle, or a baseball bat. Which, now that I think about it, really seems a lot more likely. Nonetheless, I believe I can fly. I believe I can fly. I believe I can fly. Once t...

The Professional Pet: August 2008
http://professionalpet.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
The musings of fluffy the. dog. Sunday, 24 August 2008. I'm back at school now, I had a great time at home! Iggy was very busy most of the time I was there so I spent a lot of my time in the garden with Mr S. and The Sheep, Minty. Minty still doesn't do much except eat grass but he is lovely and soft. Mr S. helped me to eat the Marmite crisps, they were a bit chewy but quite tasty considering they were well past the use by date. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of the mystery soon. Stuart's Blog: #RPGaDay 8 - Favourite Appearances of RPGs In The Media
http://mrstu.blogspot.com/2015/08/rpgaday2015-favourite-appearances-of.html
My blog, part of my personal domain. Friday, August 07, 2015. RPGaDay 8 - Favourite Appearances of RPGs In The Media. Finally an easy one - the Gamers films of Dead Gentlemen, all of which are hilarious. These essentially do for Dungeons and Dragons what the Princess Bride does for storytales. Also worth checking out is their Journeyquest series. Dorkness Rising is the sequel. But first the teaser, which had nothing to do with the movie. And the spinoff Humans and Households, about a group of adventurers...
