Monday, October 23, 2006. I found the idea of the Surugadai Faculty of Cultural Resources very interesting; especially the undergraduate department of sensory information. I am impressed that their is an emphasis on sensory faculties in the construction of interfaces. Monday, September 25, 2006. Eastern European Library Schools. I checked out Ankara University's description of the library program; sounds a lot like SILS, except they *require* their graduate students to work and gain practical experience (although I don't know of a SILS student who doesn't work, it isn't a requirement). I also looked at the *two* library programs in. I am going to try to find out more about when these schools were established, and how their graduates are doing in terms of employment.
