It was hard letting Kella go, but she was so excited! She told me last night that she can't believe that she is going to a real school to learn really important things! Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Mekella has had several big moments over the last few weeks. The first one being her final dance competition of the year . Her team took first and in her words "we won them all.". She graduated from pre school last week. She now goes around the house singing "I'm almost a kindergartner." The boys keep telling her not to be so excited because school is all dumb from here. I wish they would keep that info to themselves, but they tell me they are just being honest. Me: No you don't.

Wednesday, June 23, 2010. This day we kayaked to " Secret Falls". We kayaked several miles down the river and took about a mile hike to the falls, which is no longer a secret! After lunch, we went on another hike to Kipu Falls. The boys took their first jump off the 20 foot falls (we know its that tall because some guy was measuring it). I refused to watch but they did it and loved it! I was nervous about taking the kids, but they had so much fun and we made some great memories! June 29, 2010 at 1:01 PM.

Tuesday, June 22, 2010. Tunnels Beach. Probably our favorite! The kids had a great time making sandcastles, snorkeling and playing in the waves. We took frozen peas out snorkeling and the fish would surround us and eat out of our hand. Ryan went out further than the rest of us and came upon 4 turtles eating. The next day we took a hike along the Na Pali. Coast This is an area of the island that is only accessed by boat, helicopter or on foot. It was incredibly beautiful! Looks so insanely fun!
