Söndag 1 juli 2012. I början på Juni var jag ner till Halmstad för att deltaga i Eleiko Strength Camp. En mycket givande helg med rejält mycket träning. 4-5 träningspass/dag. Mest olympiska lyft men även lite allmänfys samt kettlebells. Bara att befinna sig i en sådan inspirerande miljö var värd anmälningsavgiften. Efter lägret tog jag en hel veckas välförtjänt vila. Idag körde jag ryck, kändes riktigt jäkla bra så jag slängde på två rekordförsök varav det på 96 var riktigt nära. Power clean: 111 kg.

Sista lyftet trodde jag var ett PR försök på 93.5kg. Men när jag kollade på det filmade lyftet ser jag att jag hade lastat på en 2.5:a istället för 5kg-vikten. FAIL! Nåja, bra lyftning ändå.
