Here’s my tool kit:. Here’s my plan, now that Benny has proven he can poo in the potty and pee on command:. Put Benny on the potty every thirty minutes when the timer goes off to pee. When he has an accident, he helps me clean it up completely. Only use a diaper at nap and bed time – no matter what. IN IT TO WIN IT!

Wednesday, December 10, 2014. On November 25th, I told the kids there were 30 days until Christmas. The next day after breakfast Jacob stated there were now 29 days until Christmas and decided he needed a Christmas countdown (Thank you Curious George). So he drew one and hung it up in his room. He then promptly decided everyone needed a Christmas countdown in their room and made one for everyone and taped it in everyone's room. He has been faithfully x-ing out yesterday's number and circling todays number.

Over the summer we started talking about adding more responsibility for Faye and Owen (age 11 and 7) and what that would look like. We let the kids give their input as well. In the past, Faye had a few chores that she did to earn a profit at the end of the week. Training for each chore would be given so that the child would know the expectations.

Welcome to my journey. My name is Jude, I am 53 and on January 23rd 2014 I started my new life after having lapband surgery in Tampa Florida. I felt like maybe my journey would be helpful to others and also answer questions some may have so here we go. I have a message board setup on this site so you can write me.
