Mi Casa es tu Casa. Week One in Peru. July 2, 2014. And Poor Man’s Bi-steak which consists of tough sirloin, rice, large fries, sweet plantains, and a sunny side up fried egg. Mix it all together and it is damn good. 🙂. I love the realness of cramming into a moto taxi with three strangers and holding onto the bar in-front of you, not knowing whether the door (that didn’t seem like it closed properly when the driver shut it) is going to fly open. That to me is fun. 8211; Bye, Cau Cau. 8211; puke, and tono.
