Inca's Sewing Blog: October 2009
http://incasewingblog.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Hannah now has to wear SMO's. To hide the braces a bit, I've decorated some cuff socks for her to roll down over them. They are easy to do, once you realize that you need to stretch the sock while sewing on the lace or else you kiddo can't get them on her feet. LOL! If you haven't seen Kathy's. Sock creations, jump on over. They are to die for! THANKS again, Kathy! Monday, October 12, 2009. Solid white bereavement sets. Blankets - any size, any color. I've also received a req...

Icarus Shawl KAL: April 2007
http://icarusalong.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 20, 2007. I've just joined and wanted to say hello. I fell in love with Icarus at first sight and ordered the pattern and yarn (cashmere in seaweed colour way from Hip Knits) in one fell swoop. I say this is utter madness because I don't knit! So, after the dizziness passed off, the next thing I did was to sign up here for all the help, support and motivation I can get and I haven't even recieved the Icarus kit yet. See you all when I've cast the little beauty on. In a size 3 - - but keep h...

Icarus Shawl KAL
http://icarusalong.blogspot.com/2008/02/i-definitely-loved-this-project-and.html
Friday, February 01, 2008. I definitely loved this project, and can't wait to take post-blocking photos! I knew that once I'd gotten the chance to block this shawl, it would drastically different. However, I think I knew that on a purely intellectual level. Once I got Icarus all pinned out, I was quite shocked at the difference. (Just like I am every time I block lace! I really should remember how cool this process is! Pre-blocking vs. Blocking:. Cross-posted to Interweave Knits Knit-Along.
