African Literature: Unit On Africa
http://edennis314.blogspot.com/2008/12/unit-on-africa.html
Thursday, December 11, 2008. From taking this class I have found out that many people are uneducated about the harsh realities that are going on Africa. The only way we can stop the misunderstandings and stop being a people so involved in things that only concern us directly is to become an educated people. Although educating someone at the college level is good, why does it have to wait until the college level? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Reanne's African Lit. Blog: Ancestor Stones 1
http://reanneaa.blogspot.com/2008/10/ancestor-stones-1.html
Tuesday, October 28, 2008. I find myself wondering why the book is titled Ancestor Stones,. The stones represent the lives of women ancestors, just as the novel is a collection of their stories. At least that is how I am seeing the ancestor stones. November 11, 2008 at 1:35 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Reanne's African Lit. Blog. The Effects of Colonization in Africa. Back to Africa: Environmental Issue
http://backwithallenwebb.blogspot.com/2008/11/environmental-issue.html
Tuesday, November 11, 2008. I chose to look at the Mountain Gorilla's not because I care about the environment or particularly endangered species. When this course first started I saw a headline about the Mountain Gorilla's being in danger since rebels. The most important thing about the Mountain Gorilla, in my mind, is that it is located only in Uganda, Rwanda and eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. More over, the Western world is not helping the bushmeat situation. Being prized as a delicacy bush...
