Perhaps this is because we have been ignoring data and stuck with an incorrect simplifying assumption that markets are " normally distributed. I have to say that I have been exposed mostly to the clinical side and have taken with me a whole new appreciation for the responsibilities and duties of an educator! 1 Analyze the roles of the nurse educator and sub roles. 2 Conduct a needs assessment specific to population/individuals.
