I have to say that I have been exposed mostly to the clinical side and have taken with me a whole new appreciation for the responsibilities and duties of an educator! 1 Analyze the roles of the nurse educator and sub roles. 2 Conduct a needs assessment specific to population/individuals. I would never let my kids and husband sit in the “overflow” room at church because I wanted us to be accounted for! 8230;they responded by no, it was their personal choice and they were making A’s. I also noticed immediately the majority of students in the “overflow” room were the accelerated students…students who already know what they need to be successful!
