Friday, March 6, 2009. Think educators should try to match the technology used by students but at least. Try and understand the technology the students are using. This is so you can relate to them and if the opportunity. Comes up you can use some of it to teach. Online chats are useful in the classroom i think they would be more of a distraction then anything. Students would more and likely use it to talk about something else. Like stimulation of the brain and some educational value can be gained.

Friday, January 30, 2009. Hello, my name is Katie Hettich. I am a sophomore at A&M Commerce majoring in biology. I plan on teaching high school colorguard, winterguard and biology after I graduate. I am very involved in colorguard and winterguard throughout the year. I have tought cologuard at local high schools as well as written high school shows. Personally, I don't really have much of an opinion on del.icio.us. I've never had any real reason to use it, as most of what I use online can be found with a simple Yahoo search. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. The site is okay for people who use the Internet a lot. I don't spend much time on the computer so it doesn't benefit me. I won't use the site because I don't frequently visit the same websites over and over. Friday, January 30, 2009. I think blogs are a good way to express your feelings without feeling restricted. As far as education goes I don't think blogs belong unless the subject is journalism. I wouldn't say they are a waste of time but I think there are other methods in education that are more productive. February 2, 2009 at 7:25 AM.
