This lucky puppy is being fostered so he is not in the shelter and exposed to disease, and he is being socialized and trained by a family with children. He is all ready for a forever home. Sunday, April 24, 2011. It's Pet Week at I Heart Faces. I believe this little one is still waiting to be adopted at Friendswood Animal Control, and since it is a pet theme for the contest at I Heart Faces this week, I thought I would enter her photo. After someone on Facebook asked if one of these kittens was green, I did a color correction layer and think I fixed that problem! No wonder she wasn't snapped up immediately, green kittens are not as appealing as gray ones I guess. Friday, April 15, 2011.

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Jinx, a Few Months Older. This is my vet's little Yorkie puppy, who I first photographed back in January and posted here. Jinx has changed a lot in just 3 months as all puppies do - - his ears grew considerably and his fur has turned mostly silver. Like a bad penny, I am back! 2014 was a year in which I started to do bigger and more complex commercial photographic work. It was fun, but most time-consuming.
