life revisited: December 2009

We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are." — Anaïs Nin. December 02, 2009. Those who can wait are the winners. I was just reading an article in one of the Norwegian papers about the ability of people to wait. The ability to wait is connected to the ability of succeeding, of achieving better results than those who can’t manage the waiting process. It is also closely linked with our intelligence. We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are." — Anaïs Nin. July 28, 2009. Madonna - an admirable example of success. Madonna has come to Oslo today. She never ceased to amaze us with her flexibility and handiness of understanding change. It is the nature of life, a condition which we tend to forget, out of reasons of convenience. She was always sharp to adjust herself to the wind of change and offer an evolved and better performance of herself. Links to this post. July 25, 2009. Aseara TV2 a p...

We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are." — Anaïs Nin. August 26, 2009. Motivatia - cheia invingatorilor. Motivatia e cheia oricarui succes. Unii au aceasta cheie tot timpul in buzunar si isi realizeaza planuri, obiective, visuri cu o lejeritate atit de fireasca incit te face sa te intrebi daca exista o geana responsabila de motivatie si care tie iti lipseste. Nu e mai simplu sa renunt si basta? Motivatia e unealta invingatorilor. Este oare si a celor fericiti? Links to this post. Cind fol...
life revisited: Poverty
http://lifeinideas.blogspot.com/2009/10/poverty.html
We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are." — Anaïs Nin. October 19, 2009. There is nothing worse in the world than poverty. It is the supreme form of unhappiness. By nature we can live up to our dignity as humans only when we have freedom. The freedom to think and to act. Nothing's more important for us. It is the first premise we must get in order to prove to ourselves and to the world who we are, where we belong and what we deserve. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Supa rece de rosii.

October 18, 2012. Teaching Myself to Write Backward. Posted in Life in Other Meters. I called a contest with myself,. My insides humming like a hive:. I’ll make my mind a mirror, I said. Da Vinci did it. So can I. My marbled composition book. Yawned open, white as Leo’s beard,. The sunny sophomore afternoon. Upon my backward ink-dare sneered. My wheels and cogs, once east, cranked west –. With ardor gearing to reverse –. And rendered English backward! My dogged hand drove slow at first.). So I’m Da Vinci?

Life In Idaho | Living the life we love in Idaho
Living the life we love in Idaho. End of summer…. In This and That. This is symbolizing my summer. Yes….the end is here. Tomorrow is my first official day back in the classroom. It is a work day so hopefully I can get a lot of work done without everyone chatting and catching up. Not that I don’t love chatting and catching up…but they just can’t get the procrastinator in me started or its hard to turn it off! This picture is also symbolizing my mind right now! Which will get here eventually…. It was so qu...

Loose and tight thoughts about software development. Thursday, December 29, 2016. Thank you, blogspot. It was almost seven years ago when I started to write on blogpost (Blogger right now). From the beginning it was a heavy technology blog about my software development, and I have never thought that someone would read these articles. Now, at the end of 2016 I have about 86.5K. Unique views, what means more than 30 visitors daily, on average. This is amazing. Thank you people. Wednesday, August 3, 2016.

We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are." — Anaïs Nin. February 24, 2010. And here I am, over with my I-don’t-know-how-many-times rereading of Anna Karenina. I’ve read it in Romanian, in Russian, in English and now in Norwegian. It still remains an absolutely grand book of all times. It is indeed one of the greatest novels ever written. Links to this post. December 02, 2009. Those who can wait are the winners. I was just reading an article in one of the Norwegian papers about the ability o...

Wednesday, February 7, 2018. Arctic Winter MFT and Lawn Fawn. Today I’d like to share with you a card that I made especially for winter time. I’ve always been fascinated with the idea that it stays dark so long in the Arctic during winter, with very little daylight. I wonder what it’s like for the animals that live there? Simon Says Stamp Anything Goes Wednesday Challenge. I hope you like it! February 07, 2018. Monday, January 29, 2018. Today I'm sharing a card I made for My Favorite Things Sketch 369.
