May 30, 2016. 1/2 cups vegetable oil. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract. 1 2/3 cup of all purpose flour (Plain Flour). 1 tsp Baking powder. 1/2 tsp Baking soda. 1 cup choc chips. Preheat oven to 250 Degrees Celsius. Line a standard 12 cup muffin tin. Mix all wet ingredients i.e. the first 5 ingredients in a separate bowl. Cup of Sour Cream. 2 tsp of Freshly Grated Lemon Zest. 1 Tbsp. of Fresh Lemon Juice. 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract. 1 tsp of Butter at room temperature. 1 tsp of Lemon Zest. 1 tsp of Lemon Juice. Tsp of Vanilla Extract. 1 cups of Icing Sugar. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. In a small bowl, sift and whisk together the first three ingredients.
