Skyl spinaten, og fordel på fad eller i en skål. Skyl og nip jordbærrene, og skær dem herefter i skiver. Fordel jordbærrene på spinaten. Skær en ønsket mængde feta ud i små tern, eller smuldr fetaen over salaten. Rist pinjekernerne på en tør pande til de tager farve, og fordel over salaten.

Zucchini Pasta w/ Avocado Coconut Milk “Alfredo”. Ldquo;Alfredo” Sauce:. 2 small avocados (I recommend organic Hass). Frac12; large shallot (chopped). 2 garlic cloves (chopped). Frac12; cup coconut milk (canned). 1 tsp Spike seasoning (less or more for taste). Frac12; tsp Oregano. Dash of fresh ground black pepper. Throw everything in a food processor and whip up until creamy! You can heat it up a little but be careful, you don’t want the avos to brown. 2 heaping handfuls Crimini mushrooms (chopped).

These are my experiences and thoughts as i have a lowcarb paleo pregnancy. i thought that by writing about my own experience i might be able to connect with other women like myself. I eat meat, poultry, fish, greenleafie veggies and lowcarb/nonstarchy veggies and the (very) occasional berry nut and seed! I dont eat dairy, grains, legumes, artificials, or most processed foods. My carbs are around 20-30 net per day. Disclaimer i am not a doctor. We are each responsible for our own health.
