THE MAGIC ADVOCATE: March 2005
http://magicadvocate.blogspot.com/2005_03_01_archive.html
A place for magic and mentalism. Saturday, March 19, 2005. One of my absolute favorite mentalism effects is Anneman's "Fourth Dimensional Telepathy". However, it seems to me that the effect is too random and has no real focus. In essence, three people think of what appears to be random unrelated thoughts and the mentalist can read their minds/predict what they are thinking. I hope you try this and I hope you like it. Comrade Conjuror: November 2005
http://comradeconjuror.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
Thoughts on products, performance, and doublethink in the magic community. Thursday, November 24, 2005. Friendly Public Service Announcement. Posting has been slow (i.e. nonexistent) lately. I hope to be posting more often from now on. The posts will be shorter and have a little more to do with the magic community, since I haven't been performing as much here. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Posted by Nate at 1:15 PM. View my complete profile. Someone Jumps Ship, Another Gets Onboard. The Girl on the Bus.

Comrade Conjuror: August 2005
http://comradeconjuror.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
Thoughts on products, performance, and doublethink in the magic community. Wednesday, August 31, 2005. The joint SAM/IBM convention is planned for 2008 in New Orleans. I can't help but wonder if there will be a change of plans, owings to the devastating hurricane. Someone involved in planning told me that they already signed contracts with the hotel. But is the hotel even there anymore? Given the situation, it's a rather minor concern, but I couldn't help but wonder. Posted by Nate at 11:06 PM. Before I ...

Sarcasm The way of life: August 2005

Friday, August 26, 2005. The first word that come out of his mouth is "MaGyvva". Followed by some laughs "Hahah". Then some more laughter "Ha". I too, don't know what the funny is. He then goes into explaining how he survived falling off a cliff. Which you would think no one could of survived. It always sounds so far fetched. " While falling I managed to make a parachute out of my underwear. I was goddamn lucky for not wearing my thong that day". Posted by kotkin at 11:28 AM. Thursday, August 18, 2005.

The Head Pointer: April 2005
http://headpointer.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_archive.html
Saying what needs to be said. Thursday, April 28, 2005. Richard Osterlind wears an earring. I'm not sure what to make of this. It also sometimes looks like he's wearing makeup, particularly around his eyes. I wonder if there’s something we don't know about this man. I also idly wonder if he’s really as wonderful as everyone makes him out to be. A typical revelation of a word seems to go something like this: "Just think it." [scribble scribble] "what was your word? Posted by P. T. Temple @ 7:13 AM. Says t...

Still, it took years until someone with Sankey's clout started making accusations. Eloquently put it. Sankey left no doubts about how badly Penguin screws its partners (and customers) over. And any association with Penguin damages a creator's reputation in the magic community. He's got his own store on the site.
