Great North Run September 2010. Saturday, 31 July 2010. Too far, too fast. Saturday is the shortest, but also my least favourite run of the week. For a change I thought it would be a good idea to do the normal 2.6 mile route, in lieu of a 10 minute easy run, but take it slow because of the longer 40 minute run scheduled for tomorrow.
