Matt,Amie,Avery,Hailey and Mattie. T his is a long post with a lot of opinions and probably too much information about me! This year has been the first year that losing weight and getting the body I have always wanted was not on the top of my goal list. As I browse pinterest I see many pictures that look a lot like this. This in fact came from my own fitness board. So while the information the comes with this article might be useful, why do these pictures bother me? 1 There is no such thing as Perfect.

This year Matt coached Avery in basketball and I helped.but mostly tried not to take over:) It is so difficult to subdue the coach in me, especially when it comes to basketball. We had a small team made up of girls with many different skill levels. At times we barely had a team but towards the end of the season the girls started improving and having a good time. Matt,Amie,Avery,Hailey and Mattie. Hailey is now asking for my phone and I am regretting not being more prepared. I look down the isle and observe the family sitting next to us. Their children are quietly coloring and playing with their cute quiet books. "I am starving," Mattie announces. "I want a fruit snack! I check the clock to see how much time has passed. With only 5 minutes left I feel relieved, we will make it! The girls set off to their classes and with a partying warning I tell them to behave.

The story of our pursuit for happiness. Minimizing in St. Louis. So how does a family of six relocate for 12 weeks? We've decided to do things a with a little bit of out-of-the-box thinking. Our goal is to move in JUST our minivan. We sort of have this fascination with a minimalist lifestyle, and we live pretty minimally right now, but we think we can do even better. One special blanket each. One special stuffed animal each. One Tupperware of toys. Six outfits play clothes each. One church outfit each.
