Katuta 2 was purchased in 2014

The land was purchased in 2014, as a neglected cashew farm it currently has approximately 50 mature Cashew trees. The seeds are being planted in 2015 to plant out in the rainy season of 2015 at "Kafuta 1" and "Kafuta 2". The farm was overgrown, and is now 95% cleared. The land is 1.8 Hectares and is located between the village and the river. Matt and Ams Company Ltd.

This was purchased in 2014 and extended in 2015. The land had not been farmed for 30 years. All the land was overgrown and is in the process of being cleared. 50% of the area will be planted with cashewe trees being grown from seeds from "Kafuta 2". A well has been dug, with solar panels on the storage container to provide electricity for an electric water pump. The land is 1 Hectare, approximately 100 x 100 metres on the outskirts of Tujereng.
