Monday, August 10, 2009. It's official - Katie is four! It's official because we went to the doctor's today for her 4-year-old check up. Note the happy patient to the left. Stats for those of you who are playing along at home:. Katie weighs a whopping 36 3/4 pounds. That's in the 60% and up 5 3/4 pounds from last year's appointment. She is 42 3/8 inches tall. Tuesday, September 7, 2010. We all had such a great time during our trip to Carpinteria earlier this summer. That we thought we'd go back! Luckily, "our" beach house was available over part of the Labor Day weekend, so tonight we are spending our last night of our "get one more trip in before school starts" vacation.
