It took us three hours navigating a challenging drive through Central City with tight turns and 12% grades. But that was the only way out. We went back to Peaceful Valley Campground to clean up the site in preparation for leaving and heading to Longmont. We found a 5 gallon we left when we vacated the site. It was almost full from the rain. That means the amount of rain we got at the campground was around 15 to 20 inches. That is a lot of water. And so we head to Longmont tomorrow. More latter. Nej nu är det nu vecka och nya tag. Inget mer fusk innan midsommar. Det ska jag klara av :). Dips har aldrig vart en övning jag gillar speciellt mycket. Dom är tråkig, gör ont :) och är jobbiga. Idag var det superset på schemat. 10 reps triceps pushdowns direkt efterföljt av 10 reps dips innan vila. Och det gick hur bra som helst! Ökade även dipsen med 5 kg mot förra gången. Så lite händer det med mina muskler. Vart otroligt slappt med träningen under sommaren. Jobbat, jobbat jobbat och helt priorite...

Beautifully designed to sail on the rivers in Europe with ease considering all of the challenges of the river. And so here is the Concerto sailing down the Mein and Rhine River.
