Get me outta here! Life as a homeschooling Mom! Monthly Archives: July 2014. July 16, 2014. Let me tell you about my day,. I woke up to a sweet text from a dear friend that I love. My wonderful husband made me coffee and brought me breakfast before he had to leave for work. I overbooked my morning and had to call in the calvary to help me get things where they needed to be. Thats when I realized, I have a calvary! My friend Brienna showed up at art lessons bearing gifts and balloons! I don’t write ...

Get me outta here! Life as a homeschooling Mom! Monthly Archives: May 2015. May 20, 2015. So 12 days ago today I stopped eating sugar. Yes, everyone in my house is still alive and well! Why did I go sugar free? Here is what I have noticed in just 12 short(some longer that other) days. 1 I have more energy. I took my boys on a day trip last week. Something I could not have done a month ago. 2 I am not starving. In fact I am not as hungry as I was before I stopped sugar. 3 I am thinking clearer.

Mom Tobler's Kitchen
Tuesday, March 22, 2011. This is my all time favorite quick treat. If I have to make something up fast this is my "go to" recipe.if you can call it a recipe. I've used it so often I need to come up another quick treat or people will start thinking it's the only thing I make. I use microwave popcorn rather than air popped because the salt clings to it better and makes a wonderful "Sweet and Salty" flavor blend. Usually I melt about 4 squares of almond bark. Coat the popcorn and toss. Pour out onto cookies...
A moment
Sunday, February 13, 2011. It has been awhile since I have posted here. We have signed a contract with our guys and got all the legal stuff out of the way. M and I went to Houston for our psychological appt. And that was an easy process. We also met with the guys and had a group session to make sure we all are on the same page. We all are, which we already knew. lol. Then off to the clinic to check and make sure my uterus is what it needs to be. After a small procedure, the dr. I couldn't have picked any...

Mom to Cooper
Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Only a month this time. Can you believe it, I am writing again, and this time it didn't take months, only a few weeks, and boy has that time flown by. Coop is one month older, and about 2 years smarter. He is such a busy, busy boy. Only stopping to eat or sleep, he contiues to take the world by storm. I love my little man. He makes me smile everyday. Friday, February 24, 2012. Wow, what a wonderful blogger I am. LOL! I guess I am no good at this. Yes, Coop loves food, with an e...
copper moments at kopperskogen
Copper moments at kopperskogen. Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Cleaning out : reflections. With the date set, there was no getting around it. As it got closer I became more and more intimidated by the entire idea of it. A conversation with my mom just 2 days before the set date went something like this . . . Mom " Do you want our help Saturday? Me "Yes, your help would be great. You can help us keep our eyes on the prize.". Mom "Dad wants to know, what's the prize? Mom "That's it. It's an exorcism.". I woul...
