Homemade Pretzel Dogs | What Megan's Making
http://www.whatmegansmaking.com/2013/01/homemade-pretzel-dogs.html
January 18, 2013 27. I’ve been dreaming of homemade pretzel dogs for at least a month now. Mike and I grabbed a couple pretzel dogs from a stand in the mall one day while we were out doing some Christmas shopping, and all of a sudden it hit me – Hey, I could make these myself! It took me awhile to get around to it, but these homemade pretzel dogs were definitely worth the wait. The concept is pretty simple – just pretzel dough wrapped around a hot dog, but the end result is so good! 1 hour 30 min. Prehea...

Simple Moments: July 2015

Wednesday, July 29, 2015. This little girl is growing! She is 6 months now and still the perfect baby that we cannot get enough of! Natalie smiles all the time and loves to giggle when she is tickled along her ribs or collarbone. One of her best smiles comes in the morning or after a nap when I walk into her room and she gets really excited to be picked up. She gets up once per night to eat for about 5 minutes and then goes right back to sleep. Not too bad! Now sitting is another story.she is still p...

Simple Moments: February 2015
http://timandaubrey.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 28, 2015. Drew and Carter played flag football this season and really enjoyed it. I put Drew in the 6-7 yr old age division so they could play on the same team and it worked out great! He was right in there competing with the older kids without a problem. It was great to see him get better and better as the season progressed. He also had some great running plays near the end of the season to help his team win their games. It was a great season! Little Bit Psycho: A Visit From St. Valentine
http://littlebitpsycho.blogspot.com/2012/02/visit-from-st-valentine.html
Tuesday, February 14, 2012. A Visit From St. Valentine. Back when I was in college, I took some writing classes. A lot of writing classes, actually, but I'm sure that's pretty obvious to anyone who reads this blog. Right? And no, I didn't take any drawing classes. My artistic abilities are 100% natural and unimpeded by higher education. As soon as the said "Candy Bar" this lightning bolt of inspiration totally struck my brain and I knew. I ran back to my dorm and feverishly wrote for at least 40 to 45 mi...

Little Bit Psycho: November 2011
http://littlebitpsycho.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 16, 2011. My Son, the Art Prodigy. First of all, I thought about apologizing for neglecting this blog for so very long, but whatever. I think we can all accept the fact that I'm a lazy slacking procrastinator so let's move on and get to this latest installment of the psycho. Clearly, this is the work of an astounding mind. Let's dissect the symbolism here, shall we? Obviously, a nod to Frida Kahlo. Being five years old is difficult. Making the transition to kindergarten where the ...
