Strawberries and cream, butterfly cakes, fairy cakes, chocolate cake, walnut cake and a beautiful garden. What more could you want on Sunday 4 July – Open Gardens Day in Sheringham. We were visited by many who came to view and have afternoon tea in Sandra’s tranquil and beautiful garden. An added bonus was we collected the grand total of 115 for North Norfolk Different Strokes. North Norfolk Different Strokes » The Giant’s Causeway.
In September a small group went to the county of Donegal, in North West of Ireland. We had a lovely holiday and whilst there we travelled over the border to Antrim to visit The Giant’s Causeway which by legend is supposed to have been built by an irish Giant – Finn Mac Cool so that he could stride over to Scotland to do battle with is adversay.
