Thoroughly enjoyed the Trail. Very interesting and entertaining. Hope to see more November Club events. Very interesting to learn about Morpeth’s history and really loved the interaction with actors. The walk attracted lots of interest from folk in the town. It added a bit of fun! A great deal of fun! I really enjoyed the event on Thursday, it was so interesting and imaginative and it was great to see how much the children had enjoyed being part of the project. I learnt a lot about Morpeth too!

Reflections of Newcastle 1914-1918’ is a Heritage Lottery Funded project that involves the creation of three free to download iBooks and city centre walks which bring to life, via interactive digital technology, the intellectual, cultural and social life of Newcastle upon Tyne during the First World War. IPads can be borrowed for up to 2 hours between 9.30am and 3pm on a weekday and 9.30 and 11am on a Saturday. Please be aware that the Lit and Phil closes at 5pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday.
