Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Ann-Marie's Sweetcorn and Celery Soup. Took me a while to remember to bring in the book with the recipe for this one. The soup on its own is souperb (heh. heh. heh. See what I did there? Clever stuff.) but the chutney definitely brings it into another category of loveliness altogether. Kernels from 4 corn on the cobs. 3 celery sticks, sliced. 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped. 1 litre (1.75 pts) vegetable stock. Salt and cayenne pepper. Evidently, this soup recipe feeds 6 people.
