Up in the mornin' 'fore day. Monday, August 20, 2012. Tulsa Swim - My first Iron-Distance ANYTHING! Race Report: Tulsa Swim. How would it affect the water levels. And to boot, where the practice swim the air temps were in the mid 80s, now the air temps were expected to drop into the high 50s and be maybe in the high 60s at swim time. Wednesday, August 22, 2012. Wednesday at the Track. We started our track sessions Wednesday Night, meeting at Will Rogers High School on the padded track around the football field. Monday, March 25, 2013. 2013 Prairie Spirit 50/100 Miler. Multiple runners from Tulsa went to the Prairie Spirit Trail 100 and 50 Mile Ultra Races. Thursday, January 31, 2013. The Coastal Challenge 225-250K Rain Forest Expedition Run. Good luck to ultra-runners Roman Broyles, Derk and Barbara Pinkerton, and Kathy Hoover on their Coastal Challenge Rain Forest Expedition Run. They leave this Friday Feb. 1st for a 6-day adventure run through Costa Rica's mountains and tropical jungles.
